Admissions Director

Steve Nadauld has been working with troubled teens since 1991. A graduate of Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Steve became a partner at RedCliff Ascent in 2003. Since then, he has helped co-found the new Discovery Academy, as well as Oxbow Academy and Discovery Ranch. He currently serves as Admissions Director for RedCliff Ascent and Medicine Wheel.

Steve says, “I feel privileged to work every day with incredible people – both those who work at our programs and parents who have placed their children in our care. It’s a beautiful thing to see families reunited and healed and see our students leave with new hope and confidence.”

Born in Manhattan and raised in California’s Bay area and Utah’s Wasatch front, Steve and his wife Stacy are the parents of five children.
