Cost/Value

Medicine Wheel at RedCliff offers the most customer sensitive pricing in the wilderness therapy industry. Because we believe in the effectiveness of our therapeutic model, we offer families a daily rate reduction to $325 per day, beginning with the 61st day the child is in our program.

This rate reduction reflects not only our commitment to our program but also our commitment to the client’s completion of the Medicine Wheel experience. It is the exact opposite of most of our competitors who raise their rates after 60 days. RedCliff parents saved more than $500,000 in wilderness therapy tuition costs during 2006.

Psychological testing offered by RedCliff Ascent is dramatically lower than tests conducted by other organizations. RedCliff testing costs $1,900. The same evaluations elsewhere run between $2,000 and $3,500.

In an effort to be sensitive to the over-all costs to parents, Medicine Wheel shops world-wide to find the best value on quality outdoor clothing and gear. We import our own sleeping bags and backpacks and use bulk purchasing advantages on many other necessities.

Finally, because we have proven therapeutic protocols and safety practices already in place, Medicine Wheel administrators have the latitude to fine tune operating procedures. Improved effectiveness and efficiency enable us to reduce the length of stay and still provide an unsurpassed therapeutic experience for our clients.
