Steve DemilleSteven is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked with adolescents, in various capacities, for over ten years. Steven began working with adolescents as a field guide at RedCliff Ascent in 2000. He subsequently held numerous positions at RedCliff, including Senior Field Instructor, Director of Intake, Manager of the Red Hands program, and Assistant Medical Coordinator. More recently, Steven worked as a clinical therapist at two different residential treatment centers, and with children and adolescents in foster care. He has also worked with distressed couples and families in a community mental health center.

Steven has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling, and is currently finishing his Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision. Steven is actively involved in the counseling profession and holds regional and national leadership positions. When not working or studying, Steven enjoys spending time with his wife (who was also a field staff at RedCliff Ascent) and three children. Living just outside of Zion National Park, Steven enjoys spending time outside, camping, and hiking.
